Management Trainee (MT)

Dengan persyaratan sebagai berikut :

• Laki-laki
• Pendidikan S1 Teknik Mesin, Teknik Elektro (Arus kuat/Arus Lemah), Teknik Industri, Teknik Kimia, Kimia Murni/Analis dan Management Operasional
• IPK minimal 2,75
• Bagi yang akan menyelesaikan studynya (sesuai dengan pendidikan di atas) dalam satu atau dua bulan ke depan diperkenankan untuk melamar
• Berbadan sehat (tidak buta warna) dan mempunyai tinggi badan minimal 168 cm
• Mampu mengoperasikan perangkat computer dan berbahasa Inggris (minimal pasif)
• Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan dan sanggup bekerja secara bergilir (shift)
• Sanggup bekerja dibawah tekanan, mampu bekerja secara team
• Memiliki motivasi kerja tinggi, terampil serta pekerja keras
• Memiliki kemampuan analisa yang tinggi dan dapat belajar dengan cepat
• Bersedia mengikuti seleksi (Psikotest, Kemampuan Akademik dan Wawancara) di Karawang dan apabila diterima bersedia untuk ditempatkan di Karawang
